FILTER FOR WELDING SMOKE
Solder smoke is a mixture of particles generated by vaporization, condensation and oxidation of substances transferred by the welding arc. These particles are very small and remain suspended in the air for long periods and can be inhaled.

- Small particles are breathable, which means they can penetrate the inner regions of the lungs where they have maximum potential to produce damage. When inhaled, welding fumes can be harmful to health, so they need to be controlled within the limits imposed by legislation.
- It is necessary to reduce the effects caused by the gases generated in welding and / or cutting processes, frequently performed in boiler rooms.

With this, DELLBRO has developed the welding smoke filter, which has one or two articulated arms to better meet the usual work needs of professionals in this area. Its operating mechanism is simple and easy to handle and maintain. The filters that make up the filter unit for welding smoke are: Filter with Metallic Screen; HEPA absolute filter; Filter with activated charcoal (optional). This equipment has a filter efficiency of 99.97% for particles of 0.3μ and above. 100% national product, with spare parts, prompt delivery.
