Dellbro has developed the Compact Wet Particulate Separator Filter (SUP-C) line to capture smoke and particulate fumes from mixed machining, dry and refrigerant machining processes. The system significantly reduces the need for maintenance in the system, since in its constructive way there is a humid chamber, and any mist, particulate or smoke collected will be washed and will gain mass upon contact with the humid chamber, which by gravity will be collected in the filter tank, which in turn will be filtered and the liquid will be used again in the closed circuit hydraulic system. When there is smoke in the air outlet through the upper filter, it will be necessary to apply the absolute filter, which has a filtration efficiency of 99.97% for particles of 0.3 μ and above.
